Full Service |
Your wedding will be designed to match your style and personalities to tell the story of you, right down to the smallest of details. All of your wedding professionals will be selected on how they fit your needs, wants and budget to create an event that is truly yours. We are there from the moment you get engaged to minute you return from your honeymoon. Full Service planning can begin at any time during the planning process, but the sooner you contact us the more options you will have to bring your vision to life, just as you have dreamed.

Wedding Day | Our “DAY OF” service is perfect for those who have planned everything to perfection, but need someone to over see everything on the day of the event so that they can enjoy every moment of the day and not worry about all of the behind the scenes details. We will make sure everything you have planned goes seamlessly as you have dreamed it would for your ceremony and reception.
Includes: Day of Director and one Assistant; for up to 12 hours on day of event.


Month of | You have planned and organized everything for your wedding, you have contracted with all of your wedding professionals and everything is ordered but now you need help with all of the loose ends. We meet with all of your wedding professionals in the last month before your wedding. We will make sure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition and is set up just as you have requested. We will create a time line for your event and be with you the entire day of your event.

Destination Weddings | Because you want something different and unique we will work closely with you and your destination site to ensure your dream wedding comes true. We will make all of the long distant phone calls, research the local vendors and venues, give you a list of all of the legal requirements and help you locate all of the required forms for your destination site. We will also help you coordinate your guests with hotels, transportation, and things to do. 

Weekend of  Service | Turn your special day into a three day celebration giving your guests a mini vacation.  We will organize group activities, group meals, and group tours for all of your guests and provide maps and local information to help your out of town guests enjoy their weekend.  All guests will receive a detailed itinerary of the entire weekend and wedding.  This service is designed to involve your guests in your wedding celebration making your event unforgettable.

Custom Event Design | We will create a design for your entire event.  If you can dream it we can make it happen.

Lady in waiting | Your personal assistant will be at your side from the moment you start to get ready until you arrive at your reception.  (Up to 6 hours)

Individual Consultations | For the Bride who has everything planned but has a few questions or needs help with an item or two, we offer individual consultations on: etiquette, customs, traditions, budget, seating charts, event design and all aspects of planning a wedding.
